§ 1 area of application and Contracting Parties

1.1 these general trading conditions applies to all users of the Internet platforms of WIGE Consult.

2.7 the payment of membership dues is a unique payment for the registration. A proportionate refunding is possible only if the operator closes a user within 24 hours after entry.

 

§ 3 registration

3.4. The registration is, persons under age in particular legal entities or limits competent ones forbidden. Each registration is to be accomplished by the user personally. A registration by third is illegal and leads to the inefficacy to the registration. Each user may register itself only once. A repeated registration the same person is not permitted.

3.5 the data queried by the operator with the registration is to be indicated completely and correctly. If a change of the indicated data occurs after the registration, then each user is obligated to correct the data immediately.

3,6 owners and coworkers of Aupair agencies, acquaintance agencies, address employment agencies as well as their before and/or life partners and other competitors of us is not a registration permitted. An abusive registration for the purpose of the advertisement or Anpreisung of services or products is not permitted. A registration for the purpose of the next placing , also indirectly, is forbidden

the right reproaches itself to 3.7 the operator to delete registrations without previous consultation if for example incomplete or wrong data are given with the registration or due to the instructions a qualification as Aupair or a familyappear questionable. The input of contact contacts in fields or texts, which are not expressly for it intended, is not permitted. As contact contacts all data, which are suitable are considered, to take up with a person under evasion of the membership direct contact. With offence the registration is deleted immediately by the operator.

3.8 with an offence against 3.7 a contractual penalty of 2.000 euro for each offence becomes due, to whose payment you commit yourselves with acknowledgment of the AGB. This contractual penalty lump sum is to be paid, independent of an actually proven damage.

 

§ 4 profiles

§ 5 use of the achievements

§ 6 obligations of the user
