I did not respond to you because when i went  to pay the flight ticket, i encountered some  difficulties 
So when paying the ticket they made me to understand a couple of  things.So i did not pay it due to some reasons.  I could have informed you earlier than now if it were not for the vaccinations problems i encountered when paying the flight ticket.The flight is really very cheap.When i collected the money that Mr Alfred left for my flight before traveling and went to the flight agency this morning to buy the ticket,i was informed that there are  certain vaccines that are obligatory for all persons who have been in Cameroon for more than 4 months .If anyone is not current on these vaccines,then he or she most take these
vaccines and there is also a medical check up that needs to be done for every one leaving the country.I am told that there are some of these vaccines which i never took them which I must  take them.I must also do a medical check up.It does not mean that i have any of these diseases.It is just a measure that has been put in place by the Ministry of Public health and executed by the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority,CCAA. Any person who has been here for more than four months must take these vaccines before departure.  When i was informed as such at the flight agency,i then decided to take the vaccines immediately with the money he gave me while intending to inform you later.I don't know if i took the wrong decision but i did so because i thought that time is against us for this flight.The vaccines all cost 175.45 Euro. I began taking the vaccines these morning at the vaccination center immediately i was informed.I took some of the vaccines and the rest will be taken later on tomorrow. Immediately i finish with the vaccines  and collect my vaccination card,i shall then head to the flight agency and present it in order to buy my flight ticket.I also did the medical check up and will collect all the results tomorrow.  Please understand with me that i never knew about these vaccines thing. If i did,i would have informed you earlier. Because to my knowledge when i was coming here i knew i had taken all the vaccines,till when i went to the flight agency and was told that i did not take all of it. I do not intend to be any financial liability on you.Now that i have already begun taking the vaccines and used 175.45 Euro from the flight money,i will solicit that you help me out  with these amount so that i should pay the flight ticket today or tomorrow,I am asking you to borrow me these amount and you will have to deduct it from my allowance. Please,i would have informed you before taking the decision but i was just confident in myself and in you to improvise in order to save time.So i took some of the vaccines these morning and i will be done with the rest latter on tomorrow.If they receive the  175.45 Euro from you ,then they shall call me to come and collect the flight ticket.the number of the agency is 00237.96275393.So if you are OK with then you  contact the flight agncy or you let me know and i will inform them.  Please get back to me,to let me know if i did the right thing or not.
